Covid-19 Office Protocol

• We are currently offering telephone and virtual care visits. Call us to schedule an appointment at 604-260-4785 or click here to book a virtual appointment.
• All in- person visits must be pre-approved by a doctor.
• You can still book for Flu/allergy shots, warts, ANC by calling our clinic.
• If you have a fever or cough please do not come in to the clinic; please advise our staff and the physician will assess you via telephone or video visit first.
• Waiting room capacity is 5 persons. You may need to wait outside if this number is exceeded.
• Please come alone to your appointment to limit the number of people in the clinic at any one time. ONE companion is ok if required (e.g. for caregiving, translation, mobility assistance, etc)
• Medical masks are required as per Public Health orders. If you do not have one we will provide you with one when you come in.
• Please keep your physical distance (2m / 6ft) from others whenever possible.
